At YFF India Private Limited, we follow a streamlined and quality-driven garment manufacturing process to ensure every product meets international standards of excellence. From fabric sourcing to final dispatch, every stage is carefully monitored for quality, precision, and sustainability.

Step 1

Fabric Sourcing & Inspection

  • Premium fabrics such as cotton, viscose, modal, polyester, and lycra blends are sourced from reputed mills.

  • Each incoming fabric undergoes checks for shrinkage, GSM, colorfastness, and defects before approval

Step 2

Fabric Cutting

  • Fabric is spread and cut using both manual methods and advanced automatic cutting machines.

  • Precision cutting ensures accurate sizing and minimal fabric wastage.

Step 3

Stitching & Assembly

  • Skilled operators assemble garments using modern sewing machines.

  • Specialized machines such as overlock, flatlock, bartack, hemming bottom, flatseamer, elastic attachment, single & double head robots, tumbler, and washing hydro are used depending on garment type.

  • Line supervisors monitor productivity, stitch strength, and quality throughout the process.

Step 4

Quality Control (Inline & End-Line)

  • Inline QC: Inspectors check garments during stitching to detect and correct defects early.

  • End-Line QC: Finished garments are inspected for measurements, stitching accuracy, and finishing standards before approval.

Step 5

Finishing & Ironing

  • Garments are trimmed, ironed, and finished to enhance appearance and feel.

  • Labels, tags, and accessories are attached as per client specifications.

Step 6

Packing

  • Garments are packed using eco-friendly and durable packaging materials.

  • Each carton is clearly labeled with style, size, color, and quantity for easy identification.

Step 7

Dispatch & Logistics

  • Final packed goods are moved to the dispatch area.

  • Shipments are handled via reliable logistics partners, ensuring timely deliveries across domestic and international markets.
